CareerBuilder was behind their competitors in terms of offering a job seeker app, but especially an offering that allowed recruiters to quickly and easily post jobs from their mobile device. We worked with several focus groups to create a solution that allowed the recruiter to view their open jobs, edit them on the fly, and view applications within a few taps.
