The Talent Discovery Portal brought together several disparate but related CB products and consolidated them into a single dashboard. We worked through several days of user interviews to create a site where recruiters could manage their jobs, see their applications, and keep track of their campaigns and analytics. The dashboard is customizable for each recruiter's personal needs.
