CareerBuilder's Applicant tracking solution needed a UX overhaul due to its outdated design and lack of customer renewals. By conducting hundreds of user interviews and weeks of iteration and user testing, we were able to create a design that redefined the ATS workflow for recruiters and allowed them to accomplish goals in 1-2 clicks that previously took 4-5. We also consolidated candidate information into an easy to use UI design so that users could accomplish their tasks on one page rather than several tabs.
