Choosing health benefits can be a challenge. CareerBuilder wanted to create a chatbot that could help new hires get through their onboarding process easily by being able to use a chatbot interface to choose their benefits, but also to ask questions about the options that are available to them without having to wait for the availability of an HR rep. This is the interface that I designed for the feature.
