Careebuilder wanted to create an Engagement Center to allow recruiters a way to communicate with job seekers in a manner that would cut down on abuse and spam to the job seeker's inbox. By using a messaging style interface, recruiters and job seekers are able to communicate about jobs, schedule calls and interview, and mute employers that are not respecting job seeker privacy. The feature is highly utilized and one of CareerBuilder's most successful product launches of the last 3 years.
